Actually a local dealer that I have bought and sold things to has visited my house. She happens to know an editor at Midwest Living who had asked her for suggestions on modern/country homes in Minnesota. That's how it all went down. I will keep you posted.

The seating area is actually our "family room" a former 3 season porch that now has baseboard heating and is used as our family room (it has a tv in it). In a cozy house, it is important to use EVERY square inch. I love this cozy room too! I added the Pottery Barn lantern chanelier and we put down hardwood (it had carpeting). Thanks for your comments.
