Can it possibly be Wednesday already. Oh, I had big plans for this week - the first week back to school for my mess-making kiddos. I was going to clean out closets, organize my laundry room, do some laundry while I was at it AND work on some painting in my kids bathroom. What have I done? A BIG FAT nothing. Just getting myself unburied from the holidays has consumed these three days (plus I did make it to the gym twice). Iwill post the "before" photos of my girls' bathroom tomorrow, promise.
Is anyone else in mourning over the cancellation of Cottage Living magazine? I cannot believe it! Who do we call/write? I still have the very first issue. So much inspiration in my own home came from that magazine. More on that later......

Welcome to blogging Jill! And also, NO I am not over the cancellation of Cottage Living! Now I am supposed to get "Sunset," which I think is some kind of decorating magazine for the West (I'm in Colorado). Not sure how many rustic cabins one girl can look at! Anyway, so glad to "meet" you! :) Can't wait to see what else you have in store!

I am going to get Southern Living - and I live in Minnesota - just about as NOT-southern as you can get! I want my Cottage Living!

i too am sick over the brupt cancellation of cottage living. i looked forward to the day that magazine came every month. it was the only one i needed to read. and now i am going to get real simple, fine but nothing will replace cottage. i wish i knew who we could write to at time inc. but from what i read it sounds they are done. so sad.....
